Allow specifying Windows VM OS disk size

      Description

      In Azure the default size for OS disks is 30 GB for Linux and 127 GB for Windows.

      I would like the ability to increase the requested size of the OS disk in the Azure VM Agents Plugin directly. Another option is to use deployment templates to specify the OS disk size. I have already open an issue in Jira for this request, but I think both JENKINS-51527 and this current request may be useful.

            Hi Matt Bacchi, as you described in the issue JENKINS-51527, you want to use something like below to customize the VM OS disk size. But these parameters can only add a data disk with specific size to the VM instead of changing the size of the OS disk. And I have checked using Azure portal to create a VM and it also does not support to change the OS VM size when you create it. So I think your request here is to provide a way to add a data disk for the VM created by this plugin, right?

              "dataDisks": [
                  {
                      "diskSizeGB": 500,
                      "lun": 0,
                      "createOption": "Empty"
                  }
              ]
