We use the bitbucket teamfolder feature, which scans bitbucket for projects, and branches within those projects.
We renamed a project (and it appears renamed in bitbucket) - but Jenkins did not delete the folder with the old name, it did however create a folder with the new name.

If I force a scan the log says:

Will not remove ccm_be as it is only #1 in the list
Will not remove ccm_be because it is new
