Cannot revoke legacy tokens or generate new ones (resources.js 404)

    • Jenkins LTE version 2.138.1 (in alpine docker container)

      In the used version, Jenkins is complaining that all our users have "Legacy API Tokens", but we cannot revoke them or generate new ones. For some reason, the Firefox developer console shows, that resources.js files are not found/lodaded correctly:
