    • Jenkins 2.155, Github Branch Source Plugin 2.4.1, all other plugins latest versions as of Dec 13. Linux master host.

We are using Github Organization jobs that automatically create pipeline jobs for each repo and branch. For a couple of weeks now we've had an issue where when a PR is created on Github, the corresponding Jenkins job is automatically created, but won't build automatically. It used to work but recently started behaving differently.

I see the webhook events being sent from Github successfully, and the PR is up-to-date and can merge cleanly, but Jenkins doesn't start a build. It used to work where anytime a branch was committed to the corresponding branch and PR job would build automatically. Builds can still be started manually and work fine, but I'd like to get the automatic trigger working again.

I don't know if it is something to do with configuration on our end or if it stopped working after a plugin update. Looking for any advice I can get on how to troubleshoot. All I know so far is that the webhooks are getting sent and received successfully.
