Some compiler warnings do not appear to get picked up when using the msbuild analyser - an example if:
warning C4267: 'argument' : conversion from 'size_t' to 'int', possible loss of data
All the ones starting CS are found, but not Cn, maybe it is a configuration issue but I have been unable to resolve
