Unable to load http://localhost:8080/ from my system,

      Hi,

      I have installed fresh latest v2.165 version of Jenkins. Post which I was able to login it through URL http://locahost:8080/ 

      But now when I am trying to access it using above URL, it says

      This site can’t be reached

      localhost refused to connect.
