in the section 'What information to provide for Environment and Description'

there is: Every Jenkins installation has the /systemInfo URL with information about Jenkins.

When I enter https://jenkins-eu.bpweb.bp.com/systemInfo then:

Access Denied

cyril.jusko@bp.com is missing the Overall/Administer permission

Please provide other way how to find Environment information
