Using install_plugins.sh (decker model) to mange plugins.

Updated list to include: kubernetes:1.18.1 

(assuming all dependencies are pulled in so only list top-level plugins)

Startup Jenkins, get alert:

Kubernetes plugin version 1.18.1Variant Plugin version 1.2 is older than required. To fix, install version 1.3 or later.

No record of that dependency for the plugin.
