I have a Jenkins Bitbucket Team/Project job and i use "Matrix Authorization Strategy Plugin"

After I updated to the latest Jenkins version (2.277.3) and updated several plugins, this fails :

"admin user is missing the Job/Configure permission"

when i try to Set Next Build Number into the job

If i create a normal Pipeline i can Set Next Build Number correctly

I encounter the problem only in the jobs contained in Bitbucket Team / Project
