If you install a faulty plugin that fails to enable if you reboot Jenkins, you can't report it from the plugin manager.

The "Report an issue with this plugin" link is gone and the buttons to downgrade the plugin to a working version and to delete the plugin are gone as well.

It would be better to keep the buttons and links so that you can contact the author right away without searching for their contacts.
