how to re-produce the bug:

1. enable ldap 
2. create a folder, for instance, PLM
3. create a job in the folder, for instance, plm-hello-world
4. in the search box, input 'hello', 
5. it returns the list as below,
6. click the "PLM plm-hello-world" in the list
7. it shows up a user page not the job url.
