I upgraded to Hudson 1.368 today. I also upgraded the Plot plug-in to 1.3 (as well as a few others that probably aren't related; CVS, E-mail, XUnit and Maven).

A couple of my jobs are dedicated to running a PMD copy/paste detection. No Java builds are involved in these jobs. After I installed the new software today, those PMD builds are no longer shown in my Hudson dashboard.

If I go into the hudson/jobs directory, I can see the jobs directories are still there. They just aren't being displayed.

I am attaching one of the config.xml files from one of the jobs that is no longer being shown. The Apache log has this error related to loading this job:
