No starburst on the new login page on Firefox

      When browsing the new login page from https://github.com/jenkinsci/jenkins/pull/7872 at https://weekly.ci.jenkins.io/login from Firefox (v112.0.2) there is no starburst, only a blured moving gradient background, while it's displayed correctly on Chrome.

      Note: the startbursts appear correctly on https://weekly.ci.jenkins.io/design-library/, albeit a little bit aliased.
