After I upgraded to the latests Jenkins v2.414.1 I lost my OpenStack Cloud connection. When trying to recreate this connection in the Cloud settings, I'm able to open the New Cloud page and enter the Cloud connection information and successfully test the connection to the OpenStack cloud. However, I'm unable to add any Templates and I'm unable to save this new cloud connect because there are no buttons for add/apply/save.

I updated from OpenStack Cloud plugin v2.63, which was working in my previous Jenkins version, to v2.64, which was released only a few weeks ago, but neither version work int eh Jenkins 2.414.1 UI.
