I'm using DigitalOcean and faced an issue related to VPC attaching, I tried to attach VPC using UUID of VPC, using UUID with prefix, e.g. region/UUID, also tried to specify vpc name with and without prefix and as the result agent is using the default region vpc. Looks like the network attachment is not working for digitalocean provider.
