Plugin uninstall confirmation popup has transparent background on Firefox 115.9.1esr

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Plugin manager
      2. Select installed plugins
      3. Find plugin that can be uninstalled and uninstall it

      Problem:

      Confirmation popup is opened but has no background. Background is transparent so popup text is mixed with text that is behind the popup. Check attachment.

      Expected:

      Popup should have background so text on confirmation dialog is easy to read
