We are using the option SYNC only with options:

• Populate have list
• QUIET Perforce messages
• Revert any open or unshelved files

The workspace is only used by a single host and pin to that host. 
Only the Jenkins service users have access to the workspace and we don't delete files in the workspace locally. We just do sync.

But occasionally, we encounter during synchronization some files are not being properly included in the workspace.

A workaround we employ is to perform a Force Sync, but this undermines the intention behind incremental builds.

Any ideas ?
