Detect GCJ and report an error

      Many Linux distributions like Fedora and Ubuntu ships with GCJ as the default
      Java VM (presumably due to its license.)

      An user reported that this environment doesn't run Hudson, and that the error is
      not obvious. Find out what's wrong with the set up and make sure Hudson reports
      an user-friendly error message.
