'Filter build executors' not working for multi-configuration jobs

      On a view it is possible to select 'Filter build executors'.
      This is only working for 'normal' jobs, for multi-configuration/matrix jobs the list does not get filtered.

      If a multi-configuration job is using 'slaves' as one of the axis it is possible to define on which slaves a job will run and filtering is possible
