If a promotion process is renamed and only the case of letters changed, the promotion process is deleted. Recreating the promotion process with the old name works; recreating the promotion process with the new name does not: after clicking save and going back into the configuration page, the promotion was not created.

To reproduce:

• use the Promoted Builds plugin
• in any project, create a new Promotion Process "blaBlabla"
• rename the Promotion Process to "blablabla"
• the promotion process and in particular the configured actions will have been deleted without warning

Afterwards

• go to the config screen and attempt to create a new Promotion Process "blablabla"
• after clicking "save", the "blablabla" Promotion Process is not created.

I speculate this may have to due with the windows filesystem's case insensitivity.
