When you setup a new tab and there are no jobs assigned, then you get the following text:

"This view has no jobs associated with it. Please add some."

The link for 'add some' takes you to the tab configuration page, where you can define which existing jobs should appear on this tab. This confused me as I thought I would be able to add new jobs using that link.

The text and UI here could clearer. Here's my take.

"This view has no jobs associated with it. You can either <a href="configure">add existing jobs</a> to this view or <a href="newjob">add a new job</a> in this view."
