After updating to 1.411 or 1.412, Several plugins show as not installed, including SVN and editable email. Reverting to 1.410 or earlier resolves the issue.

If I attempt to install any of the plugins that show uninstalled, the operation completes without errors, but the plugin shows as not installed when I restart jenkins.
