When upgrading Jenkins from a non-LTS version to a LTS version, the Manage Jenkins screen tells you that there is a new version of the non-LTS version available. It would be better if it only told you about when a new LTS version was available.

Talking with KK on jenkins-dev, it seems that this is possibly because the old update metadata is sitting around from the non-LTS version so I'm assuming the new version mechanism still believes its on a non-LTS version.
