I'd like to have an option to mark the build of the seed job as unstable when the DSL script uses deprecated features.

This could be a simple checkbox in the step settings or maybe it is a better idea to provide a dropdown to choose the "unstable level" from "missing plugin", "deprecated features" and "never" (and maybe sth. else?).
