/api/xml page contains wrong characters

      I installed Hudson on my REd Hat server.

      The API is not working because the /job/JobName/api/xml page contains wrong characters (originally accentuated).

      I notice this problem is visible on URL : http://deadlock.netbeans.org/hudson/job/trunk/api/xml
