align color palette used in Jenkins with jenkins-ci.org and issues.jenkins-ci.org

      I propose to change the banner color (blue) used in Jenkins today to the same as its used on jenkins.ci.org and issues.jenkins-ci.org. I think this would make the whole 'brand' more consistent.
