I propose to add a link to the plugins right on the main page jenkins-ci.org to the plugins. I think we should add a fourth main element to "Meet jenkins", "Use Jenkins", "Extend Jenkins" and add "Customize Jenkins". As image the known "plugin.gif" from jenkins should be used.
